Will coaching be helpful if I am completely new to trading options?
For traders completely new to trading options, I recommend my Options Fundamentals training course. Understanding what options are and how they behave takes a long time so you will get more "bang for your buck" attending those sessions.

How long is each session and is it private?
Each session will be 1 hour and it is just between me and you, the client. If you would like a permanent copy of the session, I can record it and send you the link to download the recording before it is deleted permanently.
